About Us |
On Time Rent Limited [OTR] is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Residential Holdings
Limited [RHL]. RHL also owns Jordan’s Residential
Lettings Limited, and Jigsaw Property Care Limited.
In 2004 Jordan’s developed and started offering to
its clients the On Time Rental Payments scheme, and
currently collects rent on behalf of clients in
excess of £5 Million per annum. As such OTR has been
designed by a letting agent
for letting agents, as we really understand the
needs, issues and challenges of residential lettings
and management in the real World.
On the 1st March 2011 On Time Rent Limited was
launched making the scheme available to other agents
in England and Wales. The systems employed to
run the scheme are tried and tested, and the staff
which run OTR are extremely
experienced in all aspects of the scheme.
The Company has insurance backing for rent and legal
costs from AXA, funding from its own substantial
resources and funds available to it from National
Westminster Bank PLC. This is NOT a rent Guarantee scheme, it is rent factoring.
