Customer Care and Feedback
For everyone who has custom with On Time Rent there is a clear customer care procedure if our agent / landlord if they consider On Time Rent to have let them down in some way.
To ensure that your interests are safeguarded and that you are fairly treated we offer the following guidance on how an issue can be raised.
- All staff will deal with day to day problems on a one to one basis, but once a formal complaint has been raised i.e. “I am not satisfied with the standard of work/conduct/ behaviour, etc and I wish to make a complaint”, then at this stage you are requested to put your complaint in writing and send it to the Operations Manager at On Time Rent Ltd, Suite 2F, Dean Row Court, Dean Row Road, Wilmslow SK9 2TB
- Your grievance letter will be investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house procedures and a reply sent to you within 28 working days of receipt of your original letter. This reply may request further information from you, or advise you as to the progress of the investigation, or indeed the reply may be our conclusion following the investigation. You will then be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response.

Online Payments - Terms & Conditions
This online payment system is provided by On Time Rent Limited and its third party supplier/s. On Time Rent Limited may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for On Time Rent Limited is the United Kingdom.
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility. All payments are subject to the following conditions:-
- All prices quoted are in GBP - UK pound Sterling.
- Your payment will normally reach the bank account to which you are making a payment within three working days.
- We cannot accept liability for payments not being correctly processed due to incorrect information. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
- If the card supplier declines payment On Time Rent Limited is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
- In no event will On Time Rent Limited be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
Security
All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the customer, or third party making payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider's site are encrypted.
On Time Rent Limited shall not be liable for any failure by the customer or third party making payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.
Service Provider
Online Payments of Fees can be made by credit or debit card. These payments are not collected by On Time Rent Limited directly but by the Service Provider.
Once payment has been made, an email will be sent by the Service Provider to the customer or third party notifying them of the outcome. Once On Time Rent Limited receives the payment in cleared funds, the Client Accounts department will process the payment made by the customer or third party.
